Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Thank you for being a valued customer. We truly believe you’ll love our products. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause an unsatisfactory experience with our products or services. For those instances, here's our returns and refunds policy.

RETURN POLICY:
To complete your return, we require that you initiate the return process within 15 days of receiving your item(s). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any candles damaged or burnt will not be accepted. Items may be returned for store credit only and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Gift cards and subscription items are exempt from being returned or exchanged.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling costs. Clever Cow Candle Co does not refund original or return shipping charges. Clever Cow Candle Co is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us, so, we recommend insuring your return package. If you received free shipping on your original order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit if your order is returned.

Refunds/Cancellations
We do offer refunds (instead of store credit) in certain circumstances but ask that you please let us know what the issue is (with photo evidence) so we can prevent it from happening in the future. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellations of orders are not accepted.
